1. Access & Eligibility
SraD is an exclusive, invite-only cognitive arbitrage engine operated by srad suarl. Access is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke access to the infrastructure to preserve maximum execution speeds for active partners.
2. Confidentiality (The Black Box Protocol)
The inner workings, algorithms, and infrastructure routing of SraD are strictly confidential trade secrets. Probing, scraping, or attempting to map the system architecture will result in immediate termination of the partnership.
3. Liability & Execution
SraD provides autonomous data extraction and structuring. While our infrastructure aims for millisecond reaction times, market conditions fluctuate. srad suarl is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental financial losses resulting from automated pricing adjustments. You command the engine at your own risk.
